W-LIFE PROPERTIES is an acronym for W-LIFE LIMITED COMPANY which is transitioned from W-LIFE VENTURES, founded by William Kpormatsi in 2012, as a registered Sole proprietorship firm which was into Real Estate Development and Land sales.
W-Life Limited Company is a registered member of Ghana Real Estate Association(GREDA) with its objectives as Estate Development, sale of land, under W-life Properties and a general merchant of items, including Motorcycles, mostly on hire purchase basis under the mother name of W-LIFE LIMITED COMPANY. The company exists to address urban residential needs of the middle class in our society and to also address rural transportation needs of public sector workers.
W-LIFE Properties achieved enviable record of developing quality and affordable properties, being an effective and efficient Real Estate entity in the management of its cost elements, not compromising on quality. Middle income earners are always in the pricing strategy of the firm.
The Company, since its inception in 2012, has successfully developed and sold its 35 units of 2 & 3 bedroom at Adenta-Amrahia Estate town houses. Besides, the Amrahia Estate project, the company developed and sold 3&4 bedroom houses at Damfa, Ayi-Mensah, Haatso, and Aburi-Pokrom-Amafrom enclave.W-life Properties has recently developed 18-unit apartment, one to two bedrooms, with a swimming pool and all other facilities one could dream of, currently on the market for sale and using some as AIR B&B
W-life Properties is currently selling lands, developing houses at Aburi-Pokrom, nearer to Royal kingdom Properties. it is about developing 3 bedroom townhall houses and studios at North Legon, nearer to University of Ghana, Wisconsin University college, Atlantic Mall and other giant malls.
